Ever wondered what it would be like to play the ‘Game of Kings’? Polo may have the reputation as a glamorous past time, reserved exclusively for the jet set, but anyone can have a go!
If you are looking to arrange a unique corporate / teambuilding event or a fun day out, the Berkshire School of Polo has an answer for your entire corporate event and hospitality needs. Our unique ‘Ultimate Polo Experience’ package for groups of between 10 and 50 combines a very different learning experience with beautiful surroundings and top class hospitality.
Prestigious yet affordable, the programme provides a unique opportunity to play polo. No prior experience of polo or riding is necessary, as this is a fun introduction to Polo. We have a proven formula for safety and fun. All our ponies were selected for their quiet manner and are safe mounts for any rider. We pride ourselves on the standard of our instructors, all of which are highly qualified.
Teambuilding
“EXECUTIVES LEARNING ON THE HOOF”
Horses very quickly pick up your intention, your emotions. The ’Ultimate Polo Experience’ is aimed at perfecting and developing the way in which you communicate and interact. You will learn about accessing different types of communication skills as you need to use very different techniques with the horse as you would fellow team mates.
The horses sense what the rider is thinking - body language and assertion are vital. The game is an exhilarating challenge which tests the physical and mental skills of players.
The day is lead by Mark Hayden-Kellard, Director of the Berkshire School of Polo. Mark is a professional Polo Player and HPA coach. He is experienced in teambuilding activities as a result of his rigorous Army training.

Your Safety

All our ponies are selected for their quiet manner and are safe mounts for any rider. We pride ourselves in the standard of our instructors, all of which are highly qualified. Our certificate of Employers Liability Insurance is on display at our Polo School Office.
